Great rate, the staff were friendly and helpful, and their breakfast they have available for the guests have several options to choose from. The rooms were nice and clean and beds were comfy. My teenage Daughter really enjoyed getting In the indoor pool. We will definitely stay here again.

The rooms were big,spacious and the cleaning staff did a brilliant job in keeping the rooms and complex tidy.Staff were all friendly. Loved the outdoor and indoor pools,we used them reguarly. The beds are soooooo comfy!!! We stayed for 11 nights and couldnt fault it.We were happy they had somewhere where we could do our laundry too so that was a bonus.

First time at a Best Western, staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Key components when traveling, especially with kids. Whole family enjoyed our stay. We stayed one night as it was a spur of the moment trip. But we all said we wanted to book this hotel and room again.

I like the location because it is close to McAlister's, The Alamo, Old Mill Pottery, and some of the shows we frequent. Breakfast was good. Always enjoy biscuits and gravy as it is a country dish. Good variety of other items as well. To busy to enjoy the pool but noticed several were taking advantage of it and it looked inviting!

The location of the hotel is great, especially if you are going to Dollywood or Dixie Stampede. It's within walking distance of several shops and right beside of Texas Roadhouse. The staff was so super friendly and the indoor pool was awesome and opened until 10pm. The beds were super comfy and the water pressure was great. When we opened the door you could smell good scented cleaning product so I knew it was cleaned good. The AC unit worked well. I will be staying again. Breakfast had a great select of hot/cold food. They had biscuits & gravy, eggs, sausage, hot (already made) oatmeal, breads, muffins, cereals, juices and etc.

The hotel is located right at the start of Pigeon Forge and right across from the stampede. Great for sightseeing. The pools are heated and super clean. We got to swim both mornings we were there. The breakfast is good and filling and I love that they provide to-go boxes so you can take back to your room.. although there’s plenty of options to sit and enjoy the clean landscaped property.

Chose this hotel in Pigeon Forge, as I had flown from United Kingdom to Nashville, and needed an overnight stop. I was travelling to Charlotte NC to collect our family dog who had flown from United Kingdom. Arrived very late due to ongoing traffic issues on I 40. Room was very comfortable for a few hours rest before some much needed breakfast the following morn. A good choise of food was available and washed down with good coffee. I unfortunately briefly left my cell phone in my room on Check Out, as I was in such a hurry go purchase some dog food and water. Fortunately, once I realised my error some 10 mins later, and only 1 mile from hotel. I swiftly returned and the lovely Lady cleaner was there to return my cell phone. Lesson learned, check everywhere for everything, before ya "Check Out"

The location was great. The room size was bigger than expected The bed was comfortable and the kids enjoyed the pools and hot tubs the breakfast had a good variety the only complaints I have is the parking (there were no parking spots after 9 when we got back from downtown) and breakfast room space, it was very tight I spilled my drink and almost my food because there was too many people with no walking space) but overall I loved the stay would recommend and will be back!

The location is amazing!! The indoor pool is decorated beautifully for Christmas and the rooms are very clean!
